      I ve been working with Pappu for 5 months and have seen amazing results in the time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Pappu is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely.Pappu embodies change. Through consistent and positive feedback and encouragement, he retrained my attitude while I retrained my body. In a short time, I gained the confidence to walk into any fitness center and lift weights...facing the mirror. Pappu instilled that confidence.       The range and number of equipments is impressive - cardio machines: treadmills, cycle, steppers, strength machine: for every muscle groups and free weights. Very well maintained equipments. Trainers are well trained and very helpful.

      Trainers are not that inspiring,they concentrate more towards the people who had taken persona package.Equipments are good, clean is maintained. You can go here, only if you are well aware of your fitness regime..doesnt seem to be the right place for beginners.

      I have bad experiences with ftness centers in and around jayanagar and jp nagar,finally i joined Body Kraft and found that it was really Amazing to workout there,i had wonderfull results which i dint expect,you will be lucky to have an instructor like Dimple she is superb. Prashanthi rai

      A decent place to workout. They have plenty of cardio-equipment - treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, rowing machine etc. Some of their treadmills have TVs! They have a variety of strength training equipment. If you are doing some serious weight training you can go upstairs, as there are fewer people there and all sorts of free weights. They have a steam room which you can use anytime. The shower is just ok. They don t have permanent lockers here but you can use the lockers when you are there. The trainers are friendly and helpful and always encouraging.

      I've been using this gym for the past 6 months. It is a pretty decent gym. Here are the pros and cons according to me, Pros: * Not much crowded in the morning. * Good equipments for thigh exercises. Cons: * Congested * Tread mills do not work very often. Overall its a decent gym. If you are expecting a high end gym with certified physical trainers, diet specialist, steam bath, sauna etc... this is not the place. And they charge Rs 500 per month which is OK in bangalore standard.

      The one thing that excites me at Figurine Fitness is that we get to work-out different aerobics styles everyday. This really breaks the monotony and makes me look forward to being regular. Parking, location, professional instructors, choice of music, fun crowd are other good things. I lost about 3kgs in couple of months. I'd recommend FF any day.
