I have to say there is no exception to any Canara Bank. I have visited many branches in Bangalore West and North and all of them are the same. They have the most inefficient and irresponsible staff across all other banks I have come across. They treat customers like doormats. Absolutley don t care attitude towards the customer. They behave like they are carrying the whole world on their shoulders and are doing a favour by servicing the customer. Very head strong attitude and callous behaviour with customers. Will never bank with them....

the accounts section on the first floor is really helpful. be it simple bank statements or some proof. just put a request in a form and get it done in half and hours time. the staff is prompt and helpful. But the timings are a bit awkward and you may hit closed doors sometimes but if staff is there inside they help even after hours.

It is very near to my area Jakasandra. Two ATM machines are provided.

The SBT branch at HRBR layout had been our family's Banking associate from the very day of its inception.With 33 years of rules based banking with public sector banks behind us we entered with lot of hesitation.However from the very first day our long held misconceptions were totally dispelled.The courtesy was unbelievable and the personal touch and care evinced by the affable team was stupendous.Ambience at the premises is very conducive to get all our banking needs fulfilled in the most efficient manner. What our family cherish the most is the personal care they provide for all our banking needs, be it deposits,loans,NRI Accounts Etc. We hope the excellent tradition established will be well maintained.

Atm s are very few and hence tough to access in any part of the city

the atm is quite well placed hence receives a lot of crowd Have never seen it going out of cash or being down so probably there are good people maintaining it

I go there often nothing special though but the security looks very attentive here and yes I had a tete-a-tete with him once or twice Very helpful guy

this atm served me at times of crisis That day all atms were closed except for this little one so I love this atm as I remember that day whenever I cross this place

I once visited the place and the whole atm was covered with their offer advertisements I was awestuck at how a bank can give so many offers at a time but thats how it goes
