Hai Ford car owners, Metro Ford has gone beyond expetations in terms of service, i own a ford fusion+ & recently got break down at electronic city while comming back at 10.30pm, the response i got from Mr Neptune innamual is excellent, every time i visit for service i feel like i am owning a world class brand all thanks to Mr Neptune & His team at Metro Ford.
At first we thought that this is another accessory shop.But we were extremely happy by the service provided by them and the quality of installation is very good.
D.G petrol bunk alias Devegowda petrol bunk is the common name for this petrol pump. Once upon a time it was shut down for a while due to some unknown reasons and also didnt have a good name then but, later on once it re-opened from then on its maintained a good repuation. Also, the quality of fuel & meter reading here are reliable and I haven t experienced any bad experience here.
Dont go to this place if really dont want to loose your peace of mind.Here No one answers your call.If you book a bike you get in 60days.Manager does not know how to treat a customer.No Initiatives by them.They are ruining the name of Hero Honda Motors in bangalore.
I am trying to buy an i20 from these guys and the experience has been extremely painful & pathetic. I am sorry to say that I chose this dealer when I had an option of Trident.
It has been 2months now, with all money paid and still waiting for delivery of my car. When I was assured a service by 15th April, and then extended to April 25th. Further told 10more days to go and today is the day when I write it here ... trying to express my frustration with this dealer.
I am not sure if delay is from Hyundai's side or very specific to this dealer, but yes these people have really pathetic customer service.
No one calls to tell you what state is your order in. And without proper communication you feel like nowhere.
They keep moving dates & since it is already 2months waiting for an i20 ... on Rs 600,000 @ interest rate of 1% per month (which is less than savings account) i have already lost Rs 12,000
I would suggest going with another dealer atleast one which keeps the dates or tells you of the right date when you would get your car.
One of the best showroom i have ever been. Not seen a showroom like this in india and the first to have such an exclusive showroom after Italy. It provides all branded and genuine products and also provides a basement parking facility to its customers. Located in Koramangala. I suggest to have a look at the showroom.
I'm not sure about Other Trident Hyundai Service centers but the one which is near Domlur is awful and pathetic. Service managers are doesn't even know if the part comes under warranty or not. Straight answer is "NO" it's not covered, if asked for a proof, they don't have one.
Manager of the service station doesn't even answer the phone.
Pathetic service station. Avoid going there otherwise they will replace the parts that may not be required.
