Don t even think about going to her as i did. She will not use any top brands on you as she claims to do so in her advertisements. She will come home do a test make up on you which looks ok at the start- later i got huge rashes and pimples- she also took my money for the actual engagement in advance and when i cancelled her appoinment the same day just 1 hour after she left my house- she blankly refused to give me back the money- this woman took Rs8000 and went away-after many calls, she said she d return 50% of the money and never did to this day. Please be warned , there are many better places and ppl in bangalore to get your make up done. Dont head to pooja gupta!
I have finally found a good mehndi designer in koramangala area. She was good in her skills and my friends were impressed. We had made contact with her for our dance function preparations.
What a great palce to be in !!!!!
I really look forward to my monthly visits at this salon. The staff are so polite, cordial & hospitable.
Whatever the service is,each customer is treated like a queen. Quality of service is good so as is the brand LAKME
When people offering us star-category services serve us star-size attitude and charge us for it, it s cruel.
I feel that a salon (Mirrors & Within at the Leela Galleria in Bangalore) that cannot return a call after three of my calls is really not worth it. I was asked to visit them simply to confirm whether the stylist had a slot free. And when I personally spoke to the stylist I was told how this sweetheart needs to be more patient .
When a service provider stops taking responsibility and starts treating prospective clients as merely walk-ins (who shall come and go) that s when it strikes us that business is no more about relationship building, rather, it is merely a taking-clients-for-granted exercise.
When a client gets flustered to the extent that she has to tell the service provider that they suck , it s not good for business. And when the service provider is return speaks of how they have been insulted and shows the client the door and tells her never to come back , it s equally bad for business. I m surprised the Leela is hosting such a salon chain in one of its most premium properties.
I wonder if anyone has a similar experience with the Oberoi outlet of the salon...
