its nice calm place to read books. it has a large collection of books too. Best part is they have special reading place isolated from the book rack with sofa and chairs to read comfortable. Nice place to pass time reading books.

There are many varieties of books starting from Engineering books, Software books, Novels, Kids books, Health related books, Interior decoration books, books on crochets etc... It is a good place to hang out....

I love going to Crosswords. A very spacious store with lots of books neatly organized. You can sit and peruse a book for as long as u want! There is also an option to collect points for every purchase and can reimburse the collected points for more books. There is also a good collection of CDs and other stationery items. After a good amount of time in shopping, don't forget to catch a cup of coffee at the Cafe Coffee Day outlet. A nice time pass place for the weekend!

This place is a very good source for most of the high school text books. You may not get all the required books at once as the books are sold fast. I would advice them to call first before going to the shop.

Shop centrally located in the heart of city houses huge collections of books...be it a novel or a study book or stationary items, most of the time you will find the floors crowded even though shop has 3 floors. i have been a voracious reader... and been buying books from gangarams.... Mr. Atmaram suggested that visit Axis Books... and i did... it was amazing quick customer service... well trained staff... the owner of Axis Books Mr. bhuj knows each and every book.... they have a good range of books and stationery... i would give it 10/10 for providing Bangalore with such nice bookstore... Must visit....

Although it is easy to miss this little bookstore on Brigade Road-DON'T!Located in one of the gullies that cross Brigade Road, Bookworm is a treasure house of books.Old or new titles, first as well as second- hand books, and books of all genres can be found here. Second hand books come as cheap as Rs 50 and are in excellent condition as well.Moreover the sales staff are most efficient in helping one search for a title of their choice.They are well aware of the books that they stock and don't even require computers to track the books.Although the store is small it is well stocked.If you're expecting fancy store lighting and ambience you won't find it here but what you will find is worth much more.If you've been looking for a book -however old it is-you're most likely to find it here.
