Nigama is bogus company just be cautious and dont deal with guys. This guys cheet people no proper documnets and not good support. This guys will behave like slave till they get ur money later they will treat you as there slaves

I have booked a site with them 3.5 yrs back in Aerozonna project & till now no approval & no money return

I am the Victim of this developers, Apna Sapna. I have booked a villa with them 2.5 years back which was almost 60% complete. Still now they have not completed and handover the key to me. Only remaining 20% were done for 2.5 years. They have told we will hand over the villa by 2007 Dec. Till now it didnt happen and now it is going to be 2009 Dec. Even if we approach via mail/phone we dont get proper response from them. They treat well till we get registered. After that they wont even care for you. Front end Sales Team Mr.Ameen , Mr.Bhaskar gives different answers at different times and they never mail us on any update happening. Please stay away from them. I made the mistake and i regret for it.

I contradict with the above User Review....I personally experiencing better life in Mana Flats and I wish this business will reach more user friendly in future too...My advice to all is to find qulity in the construction but not simple, useless defects. Have a good time with Mana :)

I feel and know that they are the best developers. I am presently staying in one of their developed flats and it is great. What ever I was promised was put in an agreement and all the commitments fulfilled. Thank you N D Developers.

mims are good builders who value their customers as a part of their dream.we are very happy to have got our dream home form mims .as for their building quality and elegance they are second to none .only thing is that though their work is very good they have no hype around them .and after 5+ years of we staying in the home we till date have no complaints but only good compliments to share .happy buying happy living ;Dr asif feroz
