We traveled the sami-sleeper A/C bus. i found it good. but don t prefer last seats. They are really painful for night travel.

Kesineni travels is the worst i have ever seen. I was travelling from Chennai to Hyderabad yesterday (12th May, 2009) when the bus broke down at 2 after midnight. We were standing in the highway for 6 hours without any spare bus. The drivers spoke to their supervisors and were talking to them to arrange a mechanic to repair the engine which they said would take around 3 hours. And for their mechanic to reach it would take another 3 hours. What use is a mechanic in such times for passengers. They couldn't arrange a spare bus until 8 AM the next day. And i reached hyderabad at 4 PM. Bus Break down can happen sometimes unexpectedly, but the way the travel guys manage it and arrange alternatives to the passengers as soon as possible is important. At last LOP for me today. I would never ever take Kesineni again

This RedBus.in provide a very very Bad service. I never face that much problem after buying a ticket from that website in my whole life. after receiving the payment they are not entertain your any call or any query. as my departure time is 8.30 PM but i am still waiting and there is 10.30 on by watch. They are not provide any bus number on ticket, they only give the seat number and i change bus 3 times till now. and still there is no body there to entertain us. even when i call on the given number on his website and ticket, my call put on hold for a very long time and when i redial no body pick up the phone. and when i am trying to cancel the ticket it always gives a error message which is "ERROR: Unable to process your request. Please try later. ". Now dont know what to do. So My request to all passenger who are going to buy ticket from this "redbus.in" please do confirm the bus number and also the timing. and i prefer please never book ticket from this website and you will be very happy. as i am going on trip by taking leave from office but my whole night and whole schedule is now go in hell. So Please, My request to all of you please never book ticket from this website.

Recently I have travelled from Bangalore to Mangalore using Sugama Tourist . The worst part was in the sleeper coach, there are no curtains on the window side. upon to that the curtain present on the other side is for name sake. Think about the ladies travelling in the sleeper coach without curtains ? where the hell is the privacy ????????????. I spoke to people present in the Gandi Nagar (Bangalore) office, where people were very rude. From Gandi Nagar office I got 2 mobile numbers of so called Manager. He never had the guts to pick the phone. the last digits of the numbers were ....600268 and ....600269 I called up so many people from main office and the response I got was very poor. The service was very poor and the driver and supporting people were very rude. I have decided not to travel in Sugama in future. Before you buy any tickets from this travels, think twise.

They arrive and depart on time..... but the bus drivers drive very fast they never care for the gutters on the road.......easy booking facilities available....

Their website is really fascinating and thats what makes them so valuable and easy to use.It is a really good service they are providing.I think they should they should increase their numbers as they are so much in demand

Incorrect timings, uncomfortable seats and timings to destination very late. All in all better to avoid this bus especially when travelling to North Karnataka places

VRL has monopolized certain parts. Timing wise service is prompt but during weekends and holidays they increase fare like anything and people still go.Looks like people are taking advantage of urbanization

Depends on individual convenience too. i have travelled in sleeper coacher of VRL which i liked most;
