i am sayera fathima studying first year in this institute in IS.its a good college with many experienced teachers. even the students are very down to earth.seniors are good and are very helpful.

The teaching for the most part is pathetic. One or two in every 10 teachers is above average...the rest range from average to terribly below average. They have been granted autonomy and are taking this to their heads and making rules left right and centre before thouroghlly thinking them over. All this is hurtful to the future of the student academically and otherwise. GPA system questionable.

All these reviews and ratings above mine are for the most part done without much deliberation or research. RVCE is a good institution no doubt and definitely the top college in bangalore ( tht isnt much of a compliment btw). But that said it is definitely not a 5 star college. I would give it a 3.5 RVCE students themselves say RVCE is a good college but not an excellent college. 100% placement means little , the quality of the placements is what is more important. and quality is average. 100% placements are achieved because lot of companies visit RVCE and it is VERY easy to secure a placement in Bangalore. I have had 1 year of education at PESIT (a rival) and absolutely HATED it and with confidence can say education at RVCE is much better. and barring CS placements, RVCE placements are better than PESIT. RVCE sports and research facilities are good. But if you are looking for top notch quality in technical education RVCE wont make the cut. Look outside Karnataka. SASTRA University and BITS are the places i recommend.

Bangalore , the silicon valley of india , is the right place to get the best quality technical education , in Bangalore there are number of of engineering colleges,one among the the best is HKBK college of engineering,HKBKCE has the best facilities and excellent teaching staff, and above all friendly atmosphere.The factor that impressed me a lot about HKBKCE was the core philosophy of governing concepts and the driving force generated by the positive synergy at the helm of management committee. The college has instilled a sense of security-both academic and social, in us.The discipline and total commitment to the ultimate welfare of student body is priority number one in HKBKCE.

I think dis is an excellent college & tries 2 gives its best 2 d students.

One of the best engineering colleges in India. With highly experienced faculty. The college has become pretty strict these days.........but the environment is amazing, nice gardens, independent blocks, halls etc.

I wont agree with Chai....... this institution is just making money... no standards at all..... no basic infrastructure... but a very good building in Hosur road....makint people fool by showing these buildings....I would suggest not to take admission in Oxford.... PES, RV college, Gousia College etc are the best options in bangalore.....
