hiiiiiiiii i want to know about the price of bharat gas with stove and with out stove?

REFILL BOOKING PROBLEM TELEPHONES ALWAYS BUSY IF LUCKLY RINGING NOBODY PICKSUP ONLINE BOOKING WASTE NO RESPONSE AND IF NOT CALLED AGAIN NO REFILL RECORD REFILL RECEIVES ONLY AFTER 15-20 DAYS BPCLS HAS TO DO SOME THING FOR THIS

very tardy in response and delivery, dont care attitude ,consistently late in service.

While I will never label them courteous or accommodating, I haven t had a lot of issues with them...

Their service seems to get worse by the day. I have been waiting for a gas cylinder for the past 3 weeks. Each time we call, the lady directs to some JayPrakash. The numbskull always has only one opening line I came to ur house 3 days back. door locked, door locked . Today, he did the same thing again. When asked if he can get the cylinder today, he said he d come by 5p.m. When i called at 5p.m he said There s no load (i guess he meant no stock of gas cylinders). I will come on Monday . And all this, when i had already requested them to come for the delivery only in the weekend!!!!

bad service, rude delivery boys, you should consider yourself lucky if you get a replacement cylinder without hassle.. .. booked for a replacement about 10 days back, it shd have been delivered in 4 days as person over phone said ... after few more calls, ..., the delivery person comes to the apartment complex with cylinders, delivers for just a few and not all of the houses. when we call the agency later, they say - your house was locked.. It doesnt count that you have yourself spoken to the delivery guy asking for your cylinder...As the delivery is invariably before / after office hours or on Sundays, there is no one to contact at the agency office when the delivery persons are at your place,... not delivering your cylinder or harassing you for more tip or threatening to dump your cylinder by the road... totally unpleasant experience, month after month.. would be glad to find an alternative..

This is one of the most inefficient gas agency I have come accross in so many years. The lines are either ringing or engaged and no body ever picks up calls.

I had been to Gopi Gas Agencies today to get a transfer of service from Hanumantha nagar to Chamarajpet. Their manager (Aravind) who was there was very professional. His courteous and nice behavior needs to be appreciated. He was fluent in English and good in communication skills. We were really pleased by overall experience we had today.
