I agree with you. There are lot of unncessary tests. Recently we have been advised to under go several tests. After the tests they said , there is no problem with wife n husband, but we hv to keep in mind that we should be with this hospital atleast for two years. All the tests says, there is no problem. They are very cunning with the fees/charges also. The cash department and the medical store are connected and will screw the people with their charges. Kamini Rao will never come in to the picture. Hardly patients will meet her once or twice.....but on every surgery her charges will be included...The treatment drama at this hospital is not for common people and rich people will become common people once they visits....

Somebody I know had an operation recently (march/09). Within a couple of days he developed severe infection. The so called doctor who performed the surgery was least interested. He ignored all calls from this family. Later, the family found that this hospital has a shady reputation. So, please stay away. I talked to couple of other cardiac specialists and got the same feedback.

i recently moved in to b lore and i was due for my next dose of vaccination,i went to this hospital to check whether they ll take the injection for me.the duty doctor said its alright,next day we bought the medicine and went there.the doctor who said it can be taken was not there..two others where there,they asked for the prescription,we said we dont have it because we took the previous dose from our native..they agreed to give the injection. the nurse took the medicine from me,opened it and just crumbled the instruction leaflet to the wastebin,then she took syringe n almost for 15 mins she struggled with it! i asked her whether she knew how to do it or else i dont want to take a chance,then she called up someone and handed over the medicine.that person somehow managed to fix the syringe,but then he went to the duty-doctor and i dont know what they talked.the duty doctor said he needs the prescription otherwise they cannot give the injection its against his ETHICS! when people were coming in pain,he was doing his chitchat session with his colleague n he is talkin about ethics. was he out of his mind,not to understand what i said before handing over the medicine? they wasted my time and money.that medicine costs 3299/- THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT DOCTORS ARE SOMEONE WHO SHOULD MAKE THE PATIENTS FEEL SAFE IN THEIR HANDS..NOT MAKE THEIR LIFE MORE MISERABLE!

Great place for IVF and for general fertility problems for married couples. Located on Race course road is within commute from heart of Bangalore. My experience with them was with IVF and have been amazed with dedication and care shown by one and all. Of course, keep in mind that lots of patience and discipline make your visit a successful. I would recommend patients to stick to this place for any procedure big or small, since they work in sync with all departments behind the scenes. They take care of everything within the unit and have specialized departments and staff for all procedures. Of course, their costs are to a minimum and it will be good to use their associated pharmacy in the same building (saves a whole bunch of dollars!).

A great famous nursing Home, established in 2000. Famous by the name "ELAHI DOCTOR", with good medical facility. Timings: 10am to 3:00pm, 7:00pm to 11:00pm, 7 days a week

One of the worst experience I had in any of the health care facilities. Highly irresponsible staff, who will give you appointments with 3 hours of tolerance, doctors who can make the mothers-to-be to feel like they have done some great sin to be there. I don t want to get into the specifics, because the problem is with the way whole set up is managed. I will never ever go there or would ever recommend this crappy place to even my worst enemies. The funniest thing is that the director, Prathima, thinks they are very special in the field. They are special, which I have to agree. But specialty could be a little softened, if she doesn t want to be unduly cursed up on. Anyways, hope someone will dish out the right rewards to her for the being the rude pig she is.
