My name is Mohan. I have been lured to get a booking done for their Golden Water resorts projects in Kerala. I have paid the entire money. But the company has not done anything that they have to do as per their documentation. I am surprised that the executives keep changing and the entire exercise of getting some response from the company proved futile. I really do not where to appeal. I feel the company is unable to fulfill their promises and they should return our money if it wants not to tarnish its image in public. repeated requests have fell in deaf ears. If one wants to get away from it all, then this place. Management of the Host of Mr. Srinivas & his great Team is excellent. Food varies in quality, but is good and interesting if one asks for the "local ethnic specialties" - they are not listed in menu. Lodging is a bit on the primitive side "round huts" - sparsely furnished with certain aspects of "camping out". This resort is excellent value for people who don't mind roughing it in the middle of nowhere. My great thanks to Mr. Srinivas who has made my long stay into a sweet & delicious memories which made me to visit this place again & again - Stephen Espie, Freelance travel writer.

I found the staff to be quite helpful and the environment and surroundings around the Hotel Club was amazing - great pool, jacuzzi etc. But, the massage that I had was just ok. The masseuse had been through training, but didn't get beyond the basic Swedish massage

This resort loacted within city limits is a must visit. Placed in R T Nagar ,it is popular for its go-karting circuit that brings the adventurous side of you in the open! It has the 'fun' factor to it because not only is it home to facilities like go-carting, it also has a swimming pool, billiards, basketball and batminton court. Added to this, Patels Inn also has a conference hall, which proves to be the ulitmate choice for organisations that want to give their priced employees a fair share of both game and work! After the fun and frolic meets its end , visit their restuarant to re- energize yourself.

This is very good, we had a fun event with all team members as well as party. Best thing is all indoor games are good as is the other facilities.
