We have been their regular customers now. The staff (Pavan) is an expert when it comes to Audio/Video equipment. Sathish is very cooperative and always offers competitive prices.

After many days of constant calling and asking the company to come to our home to repair (or at least to have a look to our washing machine which runs but does not heat up) two people finally came, opened the washing machine, removed the electronic panel and told us they would come back the next day. Since they opened up the washing machine, removed the electronic panel and did not bring it back to the original state so that I could not even wash with cold temperature, I begged them to really come the next day to repair the washing machine. They told me they would. It has been 3 weeks now since the first visit and despite of daily calling and asking when the person would come tor repair our washing machine - nobody showed up. On the telephone they have many excuses. When I call the company they tell me to call the repair person directly, when I call him directly he says that I should wait one more day and he would call back the next day. They found many excuses to not come and why they would definetely come the next day or call back. Nobody came and I am left with a washing machine which is in worse condition than it was before them inspecting it. The attitude of the "sales people" of the company is also rude and unpolite. I wanted to speak to the manager or the owner of the washing machine clinic to find out why nobody would come and if they would be still interested in repairing the washing machine, but they refused to tell me his number nor would they connect me to him. He was either out, out of station, not in, coming only tomorrow or was busy and I should call tomorrow. I cannot recommend this company at all. I will need to find somebody now who can repair what they have dismantled.

No variety, poor salesmen behavior and what else.. I will strongly recommend not to visit this place!!

the shop is a huge one and the salesmen are relatively soft-spoken and well behaved. Have not muh of shopping here but still love going to the place due to its prolific and open decorum

I dont know whats good about this place The shopkeeper is very adamant to push you to buy the product of his choice which I really dislike.
