Hi, I m totally frustrated with your Malleswaram store. The owner/proprietor (I forgot his name) is ridiculous. He just do not know how to talk to his customers and behaves very rudely manner. I bought a frame and poly carbonic Crizal glasses from that store. When went to collect my new glasses, there was scratch on the new glass. He was not willing to replace it at all and said, usually those type of scratches appear on the new glasses and it happens while cutting the glasses. Oh common, how can I buy scratched glass, that too I paid good amount of money. He argued/fought with me for one hour and finally he took it back for replacement. I was in a hurry to return to USA and some how I managed to get the glass on my departure day. I did not notice much the glasses as I was in a hurry. Upon reaching US I saw my frame damaged. Oh! this really sucks. How I return it now I m 20,000KMS away, I paid Rs.3600 for that. I never expected this from that Store. If I were you, I would have definitely withdrew that franchise. If I were in India, I would have filed a consumer case with that stinky store. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone. This store is black listed to me and my friends. Please shut down that store and avoid spoiling of your brand name.

i am commenting here as all orders come to mg road branch. I bought 2 spectcals spending around Rs. 8000 from gkb(jayanagar), The first one, the lens was thicker than what they advertised and second one, frame was faulty and guess what? for same power for both eyes (-3) my right lens is thicker!. next day i gave second one back to fix it, after 2 weeks of lies(frame not avaliable, replacing lens etc etc) they gave back the spec in same condition. worst is they dont agree that its a mistake, 20 years i am wearing glasses, never had this bad experience. now every time i were glasses i have a bad feeling.

I ordered in June 08 1st week a spectacle - frame costing Rs.5000/ and progressive photochromatic lenses costing Rs.18000/ I got non photochromatic lenses. I got it checked and found cheated. On Aug 1 when I visited BLR I personally complained - mistake acknowledged - meaning less "sorry" repeated - promise to send glasses by Blue Dart not fulfilled so far. Several false assertions of having sent them in between. Very casual personnel - irresponsible - unreliable. May not visit them again

I am new to Banglaore and was on a lookout for a dependable optician shop in Bangalore.I walked into CMH Road showroom of Eyesense and was convinced by the sales guys to go for an rimless specs with progressive lens at an cost of Rs 11000/-...Assurance given at the time of selling was free service for one year..service at showroow with waiting period of 15-30 minutes...Within 3 months of usage, the specs had become wobbly, and I had walked into CMH showroom wanting slight repair till new specs would be ready .....They wanted me to select a new specs and was told that old one would take 48 hours for repairs....They tried to convince me that both pairs would be delivered on the same day......They expected me to be without glasses for two whole days...potential customers>>>be very careful with this shop....their salesmans are liars....and eyesense is atleast 40% costlier than other shops.......

The services are good and prompt the place is clean and the staff is quite supportive.Their ambulance service is fast enough.The infrastructure is good enough for the feel good factor whih is very necessary for satisfaction.
