Terrible service. Even though meru sends a confirmation sms of cab details, the drivers call up 10 mins prior to arrival time and tell us that they are not coming. This has happened consecutively for 3 bookings in the last one month - 30th oct, 7th november and 23rd november. its time meru shut shop if this is the kind of service they are going to provide

i would like to share my unpleasant experience which i had during my holiday trip of Bangalore-Maysore-Ooty-Kodaikanal with family. We find that the operator is merely interested in making money and has no concern of customers ease n comfort as the transportation arrangement was very poor we were compiled to travel in non-luxury buses thought we paid for super deluxe category we were asked to stay in semi-deluxe rooms and ordinary rooms, the hotel in ooty was vary far from the area with no restaurant in it and even in near by area, than the worst experience was journey from Ooty to Kodaikanal where no transportation arrangement was made by the operator and we were compiled to travel in bus conductors seat, apart from this we observed that local site seeing coverage was also very poor and no proper guide service was provided site seeing was full of commercial unit visits (shops and emporiums), It was also observed that operator was not at all interested in solving problems/ complaints.........owing to these inconveniences we arranged the hotel accommodation and site seeing by our own at kodaikanal and found it much better.

The apartments are comfortable with good wifi internet. The location is excellent and walkable to most companies in electronic city or you can call for a cab / auto. the food is decent and you also have the option of ordering food from the near by restaurents (including Dominos!).

I had taken the service of Lion packers & movers to shift the House hold hoods to Bangalore From Mumbai they are very good handling & my House hold Goods safely reached in Good condition.

I came down to bangalore to meet one of my client here in Peenya. I had to book my hotel in advance as the hotels are quite busy in Bangalore. (as I was told!!) I was little suspicious about the hotel.But, I would say that I had very calm stay here in this hotel far away from city hub hub. I was on a long stay and really had homely service from the entire staff. I would recommend this hotel to every business traveller. Thanks

I can easily say - one of the best buffet (excluding exceptions) in Bangalore I had since last five years. Quality is good and lot of noise (since it’s always full). It’s not very costly - around 325 per head and you get lot of varieties in main course, salad, desserts, tawa items, and even drinks.

Good hotels !! Good service !!! Best part is car !!!! Driver Anoop , he is a asset to your company !!!!! keep it up. All the best.
