As the case with many hotels and restaurants, quality of food and quantity has degraded with time. Cost is a bit on the higher side.

This unpretentious hotel serves one of the BEST Chicken Fry in the city. Their Poricha Kozhi is yummy as also their fish and prawn biryanis.

In general food is good and within budget in fact very cheap. For those whose office is in mount road and like have daily lunch in restaurant, then this is ideal place. There family rooms and A/C hall as well. This restaurant is in prompt location and there is one entrance from Devi multiplex also. Last but not least want to have typical muslim briyani at nominal price this should be the place of choice. They have two wheelers parking but not four wheeler.

When you are planning to go out of town in your car and your route is via tambaram, then this is a nice place to stop for breakfast. The breakfast they serve is good taste wise though your options might be limited to 3 or 4 (idlis, vada, poori, pongal - but most hotels have only these). Ample car parking space is available - this will be a better alternative to stopping at some road side shop beyond tambaram for idlis. The ambience is like a community hall, but hey thats much better than the road side idli shops near chengelpat :)
