pandias is one of the best hotel in chennai. All non-veg items are excellent especially Briyani. your services also very good. I hope that may open a lot of restaurants in chennai.
Hmmm what to write about it.... I never saw such worst customer oriented hotel any where till today... they treat ( hotel servres/ managers) we went there have food free of cost... No proper serving, hotel stinks, server demands for tip, manager warns us to share table with un knowm fellow customers...Its better to avoid going here. Hmm coming to food, not bad... but, not at all gud. A gud road side hotel can give such quality.
I visited Fisherman s Fare restaurant in Anna nagar.Their food and service was really good. I would have appreciated more if there potions for side-dishes was slightly more.
In anycase, it s still worth a visit.
Good Food Good Service, Their Attu Kaal Soup and Mutton Urunlai were great. The food portions / quantity was also sufficient.
Though they said they would accept Sodexo Passes but declined saying they were Sodoxo Gift Passes which was not acceptable.
Otherwise value for Money (Could be slightly more cheaper) PAISA VASOOL
"unlimited sambar in day dacoit price 40Rs. for a dosa"
2 out of 5 blips
hello anjalii
I agree they are giving unlimited sambar but it is charged in peak in your bill. Day dacoiting in thiruvanmiyur branch. very very expensive...
The story told by is an old one ... now all the top class hotels gives the same taste of sambar and also in volume .....but in normal price......
check your pocket before getting into ratna cafe
Ratna Cafe is just your average vegetarian restaurant. The food and service were quite okay, when they began, but sadly, the quality of both have come down now. Mainly catering to the people living in the surrounding areas, it is a spacious place, with a buffet lunch and dinner always available(though not sure if it is now), and an attached chat counter outside. You have space at the entrance to dine in the open air. The food served(both south and north indian) is just average. You will be served most north indian dishes from the chat counter, which generally dont taste great. The south indian regulars are okay. The service too is okay, to be very kind to them. You will be left undisturbed and hungry if you dont call for attention from the waiters. Despite having a sweet shop within their premises, they donot serve any dessert worth mentioning, nor can you order for a sweet dish. We have frequented the place mostly when all we wanted was a simple masala dosa..!!
Iam a Punjabi, and I know what Punjabi food is. The food here is so pathetic. and servic, hygine, prices and quality worst of all places I have been.
Please dont waste ur money and time here.
