they are dam good in sense of quality & services

Karol Bagh Gas Service distributor is not aware against the customers problems. No one pick the phone, that is given by the distributor to clients for booking & complaints. I call in agency for many times, but there is no response by other hand. From:- Rajan 9268239775

I am writing this feedback to share my feedback on buying furniture from USHA Shriram Furniture (MG Road) Delhi. Their furniture retails under the USHA Lexus brand. I bought a dining table from their store in Gurgaon on Aug 30th 2009. I was given a delivery timeline of 15 days. The table was finally delivered after a period of 37 days as against the initially promised 15 days, i.e. a delay of over 3 weeks. Prior to delivery the key problems I had were - 1. Uncourteous staff - does not take calls when I call to inquire status, forget about their calling on their own to provide an update if there is a delay 2. Misrepresentation - their staff on various occasions assured me that the product would be delivered the same day and it never was. They had been lying blatantly when they clearly knew that they would not be able to keep a certain date Post delivery the problems I faced are - 1. the dining tables specifications were not as ordered - the cloth used in the chairs was different, 2. the table s alignment is not symmetrical. and 3. the glass top has scratches I have been trying to get these fixed, but their staff continues to display the uncourteous behaviour of not returning calls or lying on dates when it would be fixed. It is my strong reccomendation that customers do not buy from USHA Lexus. The pathetic service they dish you out once you order is not worth wasting your time and energy. I regret buying from them and will never buy from them again.

Book a railway e-tkt with them. Had to cancel it, but he refused to cancel the e-tkt. E-ticket cannot be cancelled by any other agent apart from the one who books it, but this guy straight away refused to cancell! Dont know what he got by not cancelling my e-tkt, but i lost Rs. 3000 because of him refusing to do so! plus his language- most unfriendly!!!

Please pass along my appreciation for the work that was just done to design made by our design department. They made the design in a span of week. The guys were professional, courteous and real experts.

I would say the best quality products in delhi. With a wide variety of products in all range with reasonable pricing.

As per our experience , Rajdhani Sales Corporation is a quality shop in Delhi. The owner MR NAVED, has a wonderful quality to deal with customers and the basic quality is that they are selling Foam Sheets and Mattresses on actual. We have good expericene to shop there. Sajid
