Let me start with pros first
- Location is good
- Have good quality machines
Cons
- Trainers are often busy in timepass on mobile or sitting in group class room
- Not have enough EFX cross trainers. Only three. It is almost impossible to get them during peak hours (morning or evenings)
- Often crowded at both the floors (CV or weight section)
- Membership cost is high in compare to their infrastructure.
I am a member of Neeraj's aerobics class for the past 3 yrs. His classes are addictive and always fun. People tend to attend every class and feel quite miserable on missing a session. His aerobics routine keeps changing and so is far from boring. I'd highly recommend his aerobics class to those interested in fitness.
