There should be at least 4 to 5 stores in Hyderabad covering different parts of the city. There should be proactive promotion of this concept, by getting members from the above middle class employees through corporate focus. The process for getting the membership is cumbersome and difficult to get. There can be on-line ordering and home/office delivery can improve service.
