Some employees, especially those on the verge of retirement and dealing with Fixed Deposits, are awful in their approach towards customers. They ask customers to collect documents like FD-receipts, copies of Tax-payers' challans certificates of interest and TDS much after what can be called a reasonable time. The system of communication in the network often remains faulty and customers are asked to come back for transactions only after the system is restored.
