beware of this shop!!! the biggest blunder I have done in my life is that I purchased TVS scooty Pep+ from this shop.After buying scooty he (Navdeep the shop Onwer)was supposed to give me samrt card which he said will be given after 7 working days. after 7 days when I contacted he said it will take few more days. when I again contacted him he kept on taking 2 more days and saying that it has come but I am not in shop so come tomorrow or I a sending your card through courier in the evening. he spent 3 months by doing same thing and making these kind of excuses and at the end he stopped respoding also by switiching off his cell phone. I was pissed off following up with him So I could not stopping myself screaming over phone when he picked up phone once then he said that he will send one guy to take my signature in one paper and now he will give me in next 7 days...again.... when his guy came to me for signature in the form I saw that it was an application form for the copy of duplicate registration when I asked that why is he appying for the duplicate then he said that first copy is misplaced (which he was not knowing as misplaced by agent !!he claimed) which he never communicated to me and still was not telling when sent one to take my signature. When he did not know that cared was misplaced by agent on what basis he was calling me every 3rd day to collect at his shop.Poor thing is that I have not yet received my smart card.
