Recently I happened to buy a study/computer chair from Furniture Mall, Palm beach Road, Vashi. I asked them to deliver the furniture to my home at Anushakti Nagar. They promised. I waited and waited for many days and they went on postponing the same. It was a horrendous experience< I tell you. Anyway they delivered the item one fine day. To my surprise, delivered chair was not the same which I had paid for. I talked to them, they had continuously shown a very indifferent attitude and did not care for buyer's feeling. They started dilly-dallying and went on telling, " We were already insisting to take the delivery on your own". What the hell is this? Then I wondered why they agreed to delivered it to my home at the first place. Is it the way to treat the fellow buyer? The management and all staff young peolple out there are useless. They are chronic liar also. Do not fall gullible to them. Once trapped, they will suck you out from all good patience you have. Finally I did not have had any choice? God only knew when my chair would be delivered. Going by their attitude displayed till now, I judged that there is no assurance when the chair would be delivered. I had no choice. I went to their shop and asked for the packed/new chair. They showed my a chair which was slightly damaged and they asked me to take. The hell broke loose on me. I started shouting and then finally they agreed to bring a new chair. Finally I took the delivery of the same on my own. The purpose of writing is only to make people aware of this cheat furniture mall. NEVER VISIT THEM IF YOU REALLY DONOT WANT TO GET CHEATED BY THEM. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE ANY ETHIC NOR ANY SENSE TO CARRY OUT BUSINESS. I AM SURE THEY ARE SURVIVING ON SIMPLE AND GULLIBLE PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY LIKELY TO FALL PREY TO THEM. BE CAREFUL OF FURNITURE MALL AT PALM BEACH ROAD VASHI.
