Well to begin with the hospital looks good on the outside and it also boasts about the excellent Service of the hospital, but once the patient goes in for treatment at the OPD or is admitted to the hospital he or she has to bear the brunt of it.
The patients are charged exorbitantly in case of an inpatientor if in an OPD then the doctors take their own sweet time to come. If a person wants to visit the doctor in the OPD then he has to take a half day off from Work.
Even if a patientis admitted and the relative wants to know about when to expect their kin to be a little better the staff rudely speaks to you as if they are doing a favour. Also the doctors in charge of the patients in the ICU which is also critical just shrug their shoulders off the responsibility and keep on guiding the patients relative to the another doctor saying ok he/she is under that doctor.
Also while paying there are 2 counters and serpentine lines as mostly one counter is not finctional during peak hours.
