The services of Aakash drycleaners have detiriorated over the last couple of years. On every occassion there was a hic-cup. They are expected to handover the clothes on the 3rd day but you will find regular excuses for delays like: 1. An audit is going in our factory, hence th edelay in delivery. 2. I factory got water logged due to rains hence the delay. 3. The driver is not coming in your direction today so we will try and send the clothes tomorrow. Besides these, inspite of giving specific instructions for special care for particular garments, they are just dis-regarded at the factory and the garments are damaged. The company publishes a policy of free drycleaning service to the value of 5 times of the charges for the garment manufactured but they will not respond to customer complaints inspite of follow-ups. The staff/upervisors at the factory i.e Rahul, Shoaib and even staff at Colaba Store - Dipika are very unprofessional. All in all, if ypou care for your garments and that too exclusive ones, avoid Aakash drycleaners.
