Of course its pricey (a bottle of wine and 2 starters cost us 5 K), but the four seasons hotel does not have a huge brand name for nothing...Brilliant rooms (almost 300 sq. ft. in size) with a great view of the mahim bay...very friendly staff and ever courteous...just a great experience overall...

Thomas Cook is known to be an international renowned company in travel and leisure field and one cannot expect such a great laxity from it that it has shown in my case. I had chosen it for my tour, despite more than double amount it had charged in comparison to other tour operators, only because of its wonderful image the world over. Moreover, a person of an elderly age group always wants peace of mind while travelling. But, unfortunately, both these proved to be myths. Actually, I had got a ‘Best of Europe 2009’ tour booked with its office at Jaipur (India) and a cheque amounting to Rs. 50,000 (for two persons – the other being my wife) was deposited with them towards advance payment. But, due to the service negligence on its part (supply of wrong documents – the transit entry pass for Dubai issued in my wife’s name had a photograph of some other lady – and that too at the last moment), we could not proceed on the departure date/time (i.e., 23 September 2009) and had to come back Jaipur from Delhi, under intimation to their office in Jaipur, since it had shown its inability to get right document issued. Not only this, in spite of making refund of my advance payment, it is now asking for the balance payment. This has really caused a lot of problems – mental, social, financial – to both me and my wife and I would not recommend anybody to travel with this tour operator.

I had a very bad experience and & would suggest to all, to stay away from them. It was a decent agency when Mr N.R.Swamy was operating - but now since his daughter has taken over it is unethical. un fair and terrible.

If you are planning to select a Mover and Packers, atleast please dont select Reliable. They are Cheater, Frauds and Liars. I had got my household stuffs moved from Navi Mumbai to Jaipur and I hired Reliable (Contact Person: Mr. Anil Yadav), he gave me quote of 26000 INR for a exclusive transport (and not mixing it with others packages). The quote included 4500 INR of comprehensive insurance. When I got my insurance papers, I realized that he didn’t got comprehensive insurance, but basic insurance for which he just paid 150 INR of premium. Further, when my truck reached Jaipur (which was delayed by 4 days) , I noticed that it was stuffed with packages of other people. (Generally, movers and packers provide two types of transport “Part load” and “full load”, in full load an exclusive truck is used to transport and packers take a premium for it). Mr. Yadav continuously lied to me throughout the process and I had just very bad experience with him. When I complained in his Head office, no one responded. I would suggest anyone not to deal with such Movers and Packers just to save few bucks. Hire good movers and Packers such as Agarwal etc.

I have booked my goods from Mumbai to Delhi. it was supposed to deliver in 5 days. But they took 10 days and still 1 item is missing. No one to take responsibility and deliver the remaining item. I just suggest, please do not use STAR HOME Packers & Movers ever.
