I have used this service regularly. Excellent service, before time and very reliable. They need to watch on the drivers (once I got rash driver and another driver wanted a sign on the receipt without the amount mentioned).

Hi, I had booked their cab for a week, the first day driver did not reach in time, I kept calling the driver and he said he was stuck in jam and he made a lot of excuses but the fact was he started late. He was supposed to reach at 7:30 AM and he reached at 8:30 AM. The cab was very dirty there was mud on the seat. 2nd day they did not send me the drivers name and number, when I called the day 1 driver he said he is not told to come. I called the number that I had used for booking and there was no response, after repeated tries I could get his number and he said he is arranging a cab. Finally when I felt he is not comming I took out my bike and started when the driver gave me a call that he has reached. On the last day Driver had no change, I had to pay him 800 and I had a Rs 1000 note, They asked me to pay Rs 1000 and that I would get back Rs. 200 next day but that has not happened till now. And now they are not receiving my call (from my cell) If I call from other number they take the call and say they will send back my mmoney in a day or something like that.
