Bangalore Mandarin

This is the place for inexpensive yet well-made Chinese food. They have a fairly detailed menu and the taste is no worse than fancy places like Mainland China and Mugen (nearby in Indiranagar) which charge a lot more. Portions are good too. Certainly recommended for satisying the occasional craving for Chinese food.

Went there with a lot of expectation, 'coz a friend recommended (I didn't know the friend didn't know anything about oriental cooking). Right from the starters and soup to the rice, chicken something (don't even remember what I ate) and even the lime soda, everything was pretty much less than average. I couldn't wait to pay the bill and get out of there.

Compared to Kimlee and Chungs, which are nearby, this is slightly more pricey, and the food is bad compared to both.
