Big Bazaar

The place where u have to shop for everyday stuff at extremely affordable prices. BUt don't be fooled into thinking its got only "everyday stuff".Located at a prime location big bazar now also has a new fashion range. easy on your pocket and also extremly wearable...Perfect when u have to shop for need.

As per my experiences, please check the following while buying anything from Big Bazar:
1. Improper Billing (offer price differs from billed price, extra item gets added, etc.)
2. Quality of clothes usually not very good (always keep the bills with you for some period otherwise nothing will be exchanged)
3. Many times, expired products are on sale including milk, bread, liquid squash, face creams, deo, etc.
4. Keep track of free offers on your own as most of the time biller never pay attention to that, so you need to ask for your free gift on your own.
5. Try to avoid packed vegetable or fruits as most of the times they are not of good quality.
6. Keep in mind : there is almost no one to cater to your demand and offer you ant service, so mange yourself.

Big Bazaar, Koramangala branch is often found crowded.
Old household items are valued here. You may get things at a good deal but its is not very easy to bill your things.....Very bad billing procedures.

I have been there for around 5 times to get some household articles. For each and everything, they just give the answer, "No Stock". And there is no customer service at all. I asked for heating rod, one guy instructs me to go to 1st floor. And one guy in the 1st floor instructs me to go to ground floor. I asked a guy in ground floor, he told no stock. Atlast I got information from another guy that they dont sell heating rod. The guys who work there, just said the statement "You cannot find things in Big Bazaar, that are essential". Better avoid Big Bazaar and try other malls.

Always you can see that there are some hundred offers running but nothing is of any use or benefit to the customers. Prizes are high too!! Customer service is almost nil.
