    "They offer the best deserts"

Cafe Masala is right above Chrome in Eva Mall brigade road. Parking space availability is decent. The food offers plenty of variety in starters, main course, and deserts. Their deserts are one of the best i found among bangalore restaurants. Price of a buffet lunch during weekdays around 300/- including taxes. Weekends not sure. - shiva

    "Weekend buffet!!"

In general food was good. I tried buffet here, and I am satisfied with the variety and number of items served. In weekend buffet they serve tandoori food which is worth trying. Variety and number of desserts they are awesome.

On the cost side, the weekend buffet is Rs. 350 which I felt to be on bit higher side. With two types of taxes they charge the weekend buffet for two comes around Rs. 900/-.

    "Great food but..."

Team outing at Cafe Masala. We have been there before and each time it doesn't disappoint. The ambiance is nice and airy (it's on the roof of eva mall), the service is unintrusive and the food!...lets not get started. The buffet is probably biggest in terms of variety (indian and western) and quantity. You could have a great dining experience munching on the starters! So what's the "but" in the title? Well....we were told that the food at Cafe Masala could help in getting gossip out of a certain "S". Despite the offer of free fantastic food...the pizza and salad starter...the biriyani and lasagne main course...and the mint and chocolate dessert failed to do the trick. "S" sat mum happily munching refusing to disclose anything...sigh...note to self: next time make it perfect by ordering a bottle of wine. That may just do the trick and make it perfect. Nevertheless we had a great time :) and we'll miss our very own 'local' friend "S". cheers s!

    "Khane mein twist hain"

Overall a decent place, they have a nice twist to the food, offering continental food with Indian flavors.

There are so many choices that it becomes difficult to know what changed from your last visit :P So the first time really seems a treat, second or third time it starts feeling quite routine...

Lives up to the BJN name though :)
