I find the mall very consumer friendly.The rates are commpetetive and the quality is very good

Food Bazaar guys in COSMOS mall are biggest cheaters in brookfield area. They have got hidden pricing and they make false promise to the customers.
They promised me home delivery in 1 day and then they made me call continuously for 2-3 days. Everytime I was calling them, they said they will deliver immediately, but that never happened. This happened to me twice. Now I know that they do this everytime.
On top that many time what they write in the offer does not get refleted into the bill. I bought cinthol soap pack of 8 soaps, which was priced at 100 rs, but when I saw my bill I was charged 150. I still have the bill with me. I was lucky that I checked this & asked my money back. When we buy many things the list goes long and we dont see the every detail. No crowds, decent food court with good service - the floor staff is really helpful and the place is maintained spic and span, Very nice view from the terrace. Sports bar/lounge is worth chilling out in after your shopping.

every week end i'll b going there....its really a cool place coz its isn't crowded nd less noisy.....better than da others....1 more thing its very near 2 my flat.....so i go oftenly.....

Except for the road outside thats bit narrow, the mall experience is good. It has most of the shops from Big bazaar family (yes they are all part of one business house) like pantaloons, depot, loot mart, food bazaar, shoe factory, beauty secrets (medicine and cosmetics), eZone (electronics), iCollection (furniture). Other shops are Body Shop, Jashn (Sarees etc), Bhandari opticals ...

Some important service available are
- Talwarkars Gym
- Star & Sitara saloon (Men & Women)
- Food Court with some 7-8 choices, coffee, ice cream
- Probably the first sports bar of Bangalore SBX! They have a pitch where you can face balls from machine!!
- Also Pizza corner and one chicken fried fast food shop

Car parking is 20 Rs and reimbursable for that days expenses. Ditto for bikes (10 Rs)
