I bought my first home from Ittina a few years ago at Ittina Neela for Rs. 7 Lakhs. Today the property is worth 21 lakhs. I am extremely happy with this. They do have some problems with delay but for the price the space we got was great. They are a small company so they have some issues with customer care but I always got responses to all my questions. They are known for affordable homes and focus more on providing value for the money than on fancy amenities. Some of my friends wants lot of high end amenities with the flat but I would rather have lots of space in the flat which is what Ittina Neela gave me. Over 900 families are living with us in Neela. All of them have doubled or tripled their investments in the last 4 years.

I second everything else that is written here. We have been waiting for over two years for our apartment

This is my worst ever experience with any builder and Ittina is really hopeless. I bought a flat from this builder in Ittina Soupernika

which was told to be a new flat with a covered car parking slot. I was a bit reluctant to get it registered without having all the work done. The Chairman’s daughter personally assured me to get everything done in 2 days but it was a great surprise to see that after registration, they kept mum and even refused to attend my calls. They are so cheat. Don’t ever get into any kind of business with this builder. They need just money and for taking money, they can make any assurances. There is no department like customer serivce, its just for the name sake. Their construction quality is also very-very poor. They offer cheap prices to make it a good deal but actually they do all the cheating stuff.

Poor as one of my friends cribs about poor services; facilities are not good in apartments. take more time to construct than tell :(
