Lal Bagh Botanical Garden

Lalbagh is one of the nicest gardens in India. The HMT built Electronic Quartz floral clock is amazing. It has a wide variety of flowers and large collection of tropical plants. The nursery inside sells different kinds of plants, seeds etc. The glass house at the center looks marvellous. The rocky hillock presents a view that covers a huge part of the garden. The lake looks better in the rains, but there is a nearby pond which remains covered with lotuses most of the time. Nice place to spend your day in the company of the nature.
