Now the company has shifted from Hosur road to Bagmane Tech park, CV raman nagar. This new swanky fascility is really better and has several new features.The work culture here is Excellent. People are commited to work and the work culture is very good (Atlest 3 times in a year, There will be functions to gather along with families). Novell is a product company, major products being Suse Linux (Server and Desktop), Identity Manager, eDirectory, Sentinel, Access Manager, Zenworks management. OpenSuse, Netware, Open Enterprise Server..etc ..

Novell's Market positioning is "Making IT work as one". Every customer, should get all the product required to run their enterprise business either through Novell or through its Partner Eco-system. The recent tie-ups with Microsoft, SAP, HP has give a lot boost in Novell's positioning.

The future is Linux and Open world, Not only in Server market but also in Desktop share with Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop.. SLED 10 has very good features having all required softwares bundled with the OS and 3D GUI features in SLED is really cool.
