Prerna Motors (Pvt) Ltd

I have a Fiat Palio 1.6 Sports. Ever since I brought the car the threat loomed over me about where to get my car services as Fiat does not have its own service centers.
I had no other choice but to go to Prerna motors, which is primarily a Tata Dealer. I was not very convinced with the service I could get for a Fiat Car at a Tata service center.
But to my amazement, the service was very prompt, and courteous. They took special care of all the points I mentioned to the service advisor.
You get email alerts once your car get serviced. You also get call for feedback on the car after 2 days.
The equipments there are state of art and latest and they take good care of the car.
