i made a plan for holidays with family and decided to book with SLS.i got all the assistance and guidance regarding my travel plan and also a very personalised service in payments and bookings etc.rcd our vouchers well in advance.after arriving at cochin,we met our driver cum guide who was with us for 7 days JOJO was very helpful and informative all the time.
the hotels provided are up to the mark and houseboat was also nice including boat crew.sls has taken care of all the needs of our holidays and made it totally enjoyable.
some suggestions are thekkadi elephant ride was not good it could have changed to periyaar tiger reserve ride,which is fasciniting.i will surely recommend SLS tourist to all my friends for safer and smoother holidays...thanks for the wonderful experiance of backwater tours and special thanks to jojo uncle from my son madhav!

We had booked Package tour with SLS Tourist for Munnar, Thekkedy and Allepey.

The hotel (Tea Castle)in which they had placed us was not good at all. The Gas water heater was not workign properly. no attention was given even after complaints. My wife Got fever because if that.

Secondly the hotel room was stinking, and there was trouble even to get replacement of room. when we complaint about this to Mr. Anantha, he refused to pay any attention and said that please complaint to hotel manager.

We finally shifted room late at night after a long and hectic day, and found that our watch was stolen by the hotel staff.

We were being forced to visit Thekkedy just because they had made payment to the hotel there, and we were not willing to go reason being, the Thekkedy Boat accident happened the previous day. We had to argue and fight to stay back in Munnar.

We had to visit police station during our vacation, also faced lots of problem at the hotel stay in Munnar and no heed was paid to this.

Also, they are not giving us any receipts for the payments made.

There are complaints in Consumer forum for these people. Please think and decide.

I very thankful to SLS TOURIST, BANGALORE for organize my tour for South India from Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty-Kodaikanal to Bangalore for 8 Night 9 days. The above mentioned Package tour was very pleasant, unbelievable & unforgettable for me and my family. All the Hotel was very good and gives us full respect with very good arrangement of big & clean Rooms. Mr. Lohit, Driver of the Cab was very intelligent and have complete knowledge of all area and place and have very deep knowledge of all sight seeing and he gives us full respect and time for see the sight seeing at all places.
I thank to SLS TOURIST again.

I have taken the Kerela tour between 6th May & 13th May ( 6nights & 7 days Kerela tour ) thru SLS tourist.
We have today, returned to Chennai from our trip. Mr.Joseph was the driver who accompanied us.The driver was also courteous & kind.

Self & my wife did really enjoyed the trip organised by you. The house boat & water escapes stay are the most enjoyable one & thrilling.

We will not only recommend your name to others but also will consider SLS tourist for our future requirements of such tour.
