We had been there for a minor surgery, the surgeon asked to go to the hospital around 7AM, when we reached there no one was there to attend, we went to the emergency care and completed the process of admission. The surgeon said no need of admitting the patient he can be treated as as out patient, but there they said no one is available in out patient section so we didnt had any other choice other than admitting him to the general ward which costed around 900 for the ward itself.

None of the lifts were working, when asked the security he rudely said "use the stairs".

The nurses are trainees and no senior member was there to guide them, they were struggling to shif the patient from streatcher to the bed.

Securities are full of non-sense, no one had a basic attitude, politiness was a mile away from them they were very very rude, we did not slap them on their face as we were busy with the patient.

For a simple surgeory they charged around 11,000 and the split up were not at all making sense.

Stay away from this hospital they are the money suckers and pathetic service.
