Head Bangers + Metal Heads = STYX (the only place where u can bang ur heads for Balck Metal, Death Metal, etc.......... tracks)for me its the Rocking Pub in Bangalore.

This is "THE PLACE to be" if you are a true METAL fan. And, I would be speechless, gasping for words if you say, am a METAL lover, am living in Bangalore and I don't know STYX. And, what matters more for anyone as a METAL lover, "He takes requests". Go there, headbang to YOUR favourite music, until you feel a strain in your spinal cord.

This is NO DISCO and neither the BEST Restaurant in town. STYX means METAL with absolutely no restriction on sub-genres whatsoever. Heavy, Death, Black, Blackened Death, Melodic Death, Doom, Gothic, Symphonic, Power, Grindcore, Technical Death metal. You name it, he has it all.

At last, we Bangaloreans can say, Welcome to HEADBANG-ALORE!

Its very amazing for the first time experience persons. It sounds really well. In the week end we find no place even to stand. Any very tiny seatings. Over all Just ok.

small,dingy,bad seating,average services, decent beer, poor on shots (hells fire is nor fire, its flame shot they give, real bad one)but then who the heck give a f**k to this when you have energetic, true metal lovers there headbanging. Music is loud but rightfully so..i think they can even play it harder and can have better music system in place. true metal lovers, headbangers, beer lover, and those who just for the sake of it wanna drink, will love this place. dont expect much from service point of view or say from food menu, coz there is nothing much they offer. toxication of metal and alcohol can be enough to have a hang of this dingy metal pub.

Situated next to utility building on MG Road. This place mostly plays metal on the heavier side. Slayer to Ozzy. They have a decent music system that pumps out enough and more decibels. Dimly lit as any other decent pub. Has an aquarium. It mostly gets young working crowd who want to wash their sins in a couple o' pitchers and an hour or 2 of headbanging. This is a place to go with friends, not to socialize and have a chat, but to get immersed in music. Don't take a friend who'z not into it. They have a projector that keeps playing videos of all the music being played. They have a lousy TV that plays other TV junk but mute of course. The beer is decent and the service just ok. Nothing special in the food. Who goes here for food anyway. Its better if there is a considerable crowd. And if therez energy in the air, you can very well lose yourself. All this, but I'd still say this is a level headed place with a level headed DJ. Keep Banging.............i.e. your head
