The food is pretty good. The portions are just perfect. The only issue is that the choices are limited. There just not enough veg entre`s and desserts.

The food was great, though some might complain about the portions.

"Lovely food- wish the ambience was more private"

In the my office building as part of food court which isn't too bad if it was not for the yummy but noisy rajdhani next door. The decor is lovely and quite chic but because it's not cordoned off the 'outside' can really invade the otherwise private and subdued setting. On to the food- limited menu but delicious. Simple, rustic, fresh and you can actually taste the subtle bit of the food. Food without the heavy sauces and obvious 'restaurant' feel. Beat's 'Sunny's' for me. Deserts not too bad but limited- wish there was more here. 2 thumbs up- only downer is the fact that it's not an enclosed space so private and quiet dinner?- you may want to try somewhere else for that. A relaxed meal with freinds and family- perfect!

Toscano is definitely a lovely experience , and repeatedly at that. be it a romantic twosome , entertaining office guests or even a coffee and a sandwich in solitude being comfortable is what i consider key.
since my work place is close by i have been there six times already.

though the menu is small they have told me that thy would be changing th entire menu once every 2 or 3 months retaining the size though.
They also have a "daily specials"
that is hand written with chalk a la sreet cafe style on a board
they can get quite interesting actually.

the beef mignon or the red snapper or the salmon or the duck breast.....every dish is a delight.
chef gautam has made it so simple an so attractive and the food is quuite consistent i must say
the service can do with finer touches but the food more than makes up for it.The rates are very reasonable too for the kind of fare that they provide.

and the caesar salad is so so good. fresh and healthy and so very crunchy.

the neighbouring rajdhani a rajasthani eatery seems totally out of place and their presence im sure bothers the others around them because of the kind of noise they make and the crowd that comes there. wish they were put up in some other obscure corner .

will definitely be taking my family and recommending toscano to my friends.
    bon appetti !!

"Try the Cheese and Spinach quiche"

Super ambience atop UB City. Chefs Goutham and Jean Paul make you feel comfortable at once. Though the menu is a bit limited, the duo hope to increase it in the future. Definitely try the Goat cheese salad, quiche, and brownie. Delicious.
