Total Mall

I bought a mobile on Sunday at 3 PM.
Sales attendant hurriedly showed me the set, billed and I left. I was surprised to see at home that it was defective set. I went again to the shop. Now they have refused to exchange the set. The Manger, actually a damager also did not oblige to hear problems about the material they have sold it to me. I am planning to go to consumer court for justice. However my advise for all citizens, please donot buy electronic itmes at total mall. This is a cheating market.

I went to buy a mobile in Total shop, first I went to mobile shop on Ground Floor.
He was telling me that sir, we are giving you free sim card with the mobile but you needs to come here only for recharge, you cannot recharge from any where else. Peoples are making fool to the person like they are god.

Then I went to another shop, I believe 2/3rd floor and bought up a mobile. He was good person. He told me that sir, your mobile SIM will get activated in 15-20 mins.
I left for the home and it didn t get activated till now(after 2 days). I don t have time to go total mall and check why it didn t activate. Because of my tight work schedule.

Please never go to Total mall if you wants to buy mobile.

It is one of the worst place to visit for shopping. Specially if you are looking to shop for groceries, then better avoid it. Approach to groceries section is like snake and ladder game. You will be easily lost. Also the management is poor - don't respond to customer's requirment on time. Trolley are not easily available. The one at the old airport road is even more worst - starting from parking lot to going up to groceries' section!

Its spacious with lots and lots of variety, not cramped like Big Bazzar.
You name anything they have all the collection.
The only area of improvement is Electronics, dont have much collection.
