United National Packers & Movers

I had used their service for moving from Pune to Bangalore. They demanded Rs.1500 more for unloading even though the agreement was made and price was fixed for a door to door service with unpacking and
insurance. I ended up paying 750 as the rowdies (employees of United National Packers and Movers) came to unload did not unload. I talked to their Blr and Pune office and they said even though the quotation/agreement was for door to door I have to pay some amount at unloading.

Then, my TV stand, wardrobe and some kitchen items were seriously damaged. I followed up with them for claim as I had taken insurance. Blr office said I have to talk to Pune office. When I called Pune office they said they will look in to the matter and call me back in 10 mts. Never called. Never attends your call if you are calling from the same number. They note down your number when you call for these reasons and never picks your call again. If you try from a different number they will cut the call the moment they realizes it is for claims. Tried Mumbai and Delhi corporate office also. Same response. I gave up after 2 months of wasting my time and money.

Never ever use their service.
