I've been to this restuarant.... n it's offers one of the best masala dosa's you can ever get. but one of the drawback is that one has to wait till you can get a place.

I swear you cannot get this combination of dosa chutney all around the world . Try saagu masala dosa in the morning , It will be over by 9.00a.m itself

VB Dosas are the best in town, ofcourse with butter. It is a very crowded place. Best time to go there in my experience is before 5PM anyday, except Friday's (they used to be closed on friday's. don't if it still is). Once you find your seat, you just have sit tight even without calling a waiter, it is assumed you have come to eat only dosas. They will come and serve on your table in the exact order in which people take seats. The way, they stack up the plates and smear chutney on it ... wowwww... it is a Rajini sir shtyle to doing things. They also server yummy Rava vadas and superrrrrrrb coffee too.

those who are calorie conscious, please do eat, but don't complain. they are yummy and unique.

The way they stack up and carry dosa to the tables is superb to watch. Ofcourse they taste good too.

It's got a very old school feel to it. It is like entering a parallel universe. Service is very efficient. The menu has most items that darshini hotels serve, but the one thing that is a must have here is the Masala Dosa, it is crisp and thick. It's absolutely heavenly, really fattening though! Even with the renovation and extra seating there is usually a rush to get in. Best time to go is at around 7-7.30 in the morning. The heaped plate of Dosas carried out by each waiter is a sight to behold!
