Wonderla Amusement Park

Wonderla has been an amazing experience....the rides are thrilling and I had lots of fun. The best part is the range of wet rides and different pools. If you know swimming, you are gonna have more fun. Food is pretty decent. There is Adigas counter and others as well. Not an issue with parking. It would definitely take a whole day to enjoy all the rides.

The place is a very good place to go on a weekend Lots of water sports I dont know swimming but still enjoyed the place So if you know a bit of swimmimg then this place is gonna be a haven for youTry out this weekend

Wonder la is filled with lot of joy ride, drya and water games. Its worth ogf whatever we pay, its just that we need to queue up to many fun filled games to go through a great journey of amusement.

I can go on writing about the different rides in the park, but that is something that needs to be experienced.Instead, i would like to write about what makes this park one of the well managed organizations that i have ever visited . My view of this park is that they could win any quality standard hands down. I could explain the phenomenon as Quality percolated to the grass root level. It is there everywhere, from the guy that guides your parking, to the booking clerk at the reception to the guys who operates the giant wheels to the guy who cleans the table at the hotel. All of them had one thing in common, they wanted to do their best in whatever they were doing. That comes from 2 things 1) They know what they are expected to do 2) They knew how they are contributing to the overall well being of their place of work.

If you think we Indians cannot handle crowds and we cannot keep places of mass traffic spic and span, i suggest you visit Wonder La. There were around 1500-2000 human beings inside the park at any time on 15th March 2008, and me with all my skepticism couldn t find a single shred of paper or used bins thrown anywhere in the park. And cleanliness is something that rubs off everyone like confidence. If you see your mate being careful not to thrown things outside a waste bin, you too would tend to do that and in case if anyone happens to throw something like that, the staff didn t grumble at them, they just picked that and put that in the bins in front of you, that could have embarrassed the culprit to the hilt :)

I cannot miss saying about how they manage the restaurants and shops inside. Not a single thing available in any shop was priced more than MRP, can you beleive that happening in india, especially in Bangalore where a Pepsi(water) in Innovative multiplex costs Rs 40. And there were signs clearly saying dont pay anything above MRP. And the restaurant had costs cheaper than street prices in bangalore.

With all this i am sure Wonder La will be a big commercial success as well because they make me feel Oh Yes, this is where i want to be and probably, i can follow some of their principles in my life, especially the quality aspect.

:) i didnt speak anything about the rides so far. They are not like Disney Land, but they are arguably the best available in India. And there were no rusting tables and broken chairs or Out of service boards anywhere. The wave pool was very clean and the water bodies without bundles of hair and plastics.

Negatives :-) The lockers could be deodorized often. There can we shower curtains in washrooms. There could be pickups from the city.
