    I have been attending yoga classes for over 3 months now and I have already noticed that I have much more energy and stamina for my daily activities. My overall stamina has gone up dramatically. At the same time, my body is much more flexible and all the small nagging aches and pains in various joints have reduced.The breathing exercises help me relax a lot and I am much more peaceful and patient than before. I like the personal attention and also the tips and pointers as to why a particular pose is important. I highly recommend these classes for all those interested in improving their health, both physical and mental.

    I attended Bhaswati’s yoga classes as part of a corporate initiative and I can say that I have enjoyed it a lot. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is a very articulate trainer. In addition to the basic yoga, she works with you to assess your personal requirements and builds up a regimen tailored to suit your exact needs. I have found a huge improvement in flexibility and improved stamina following her yoga regimen.

    I have been attendin the yoga classes for the past 4 months n have been beniffited greatly.It has helped me in building my stamina wit other benefits.The tutor has vast knowledge and gives every indiviual personal attention.These classes are recommended for women seekin benefits of yoga with personal attention.

    I'm usually hyper-active and needed some technique to help relax myself. I've got hooked onto yoga after going for these classes. It's made me a lot calmer and I feel great everymorning after I do the suryanamaskar! It's become a part of my routine and i feel quite guilty if I miss out on it even for a day. In fact , I'm sure I would like to continue doing yoga and be gradually able to devote more time to it. The classes by itself are very good and flexible as well - as one gets individual attention and is taught techniques specifically suitable for her.

    I am overweight and suffer from hypertension. I have been attending these classes since 8 months. My blood pressure has come back to normal. and also I have lost significant weight as a result of these classes. The tutor is very knowledgeable and gives a lot of personal attention to each student. These classes are definitely recommandable to any woman interested in improving her general health.
