Anjappar Chettinad Restaurant

I was a regular visitor to Anjappar Anna nagar and once when I asked for a butter chicken parcel, I could not find any chicken piece in the parcel. When enquired the manager also supported the supplier saying that I had ordered without any piece. After this incident Itopped going there. I dont want to be cheated again. Plesae check before leaving the restaurent.

I have been to this place from my child hood and never had any bad experience..
Try Finger fish which is one of my favorites in this restaurant.
Of course, the food prices will also damage your packet.
Veggies may have to think thrice before stepping in as its completely of non veg ambiance..

Food is good, but prices are atrociously overpriced and quantity especially the meat in briyani requires a microscope to locate them. parking and ambience definitely takes a back seat. NV smell in the air is at times nauseating.Can improve the ventilation and lighting.To start is definitely its worth. When the quantity, ambience and lighting improves it certainly deserves a better grade. until its great for 2 stars.

once anjappar had mouth watering dishes, but now its going worrser.. ...
and prices are too high.... poor lighting ond ventilaon....the smelll......and so on....... they should improve the quality of food as well as the atmosphere ... poor parking facilities....

Once I have visited Anjappar at Singapore, off Serangoon Road, during my trip with my friend. I took chicken biriyani, mutton biriyani and salads and some drinks there. It was a mere SD 52/=only. The food was really in a great fresh taste. the restaurant is very neat and tidy with a homely atmosphere. We love that. The staff also gave a warm reception to the customers. I hope that Anjappar may open a chain of restaurants in major places in Tamil Nadu. Wish you good luck.
