A good restaurant taste-wise but not so good service-wise.

Pros
The chettinad food is good and tasty
If you want to have meals, you will get it in 5 minutes
A token kind of system, you might have to wait but atleast you wont have to wait longer than the person who came after you

Cons
Wait till your hunger dies
Service is real bad, eat whatever the waiter heard not what you ordered
Parking - park your car on the road and hope it doesnt get towed

this is an immensely popular chettinad restaurant. their food is tasty, spicy and authentic chettinad too. but ignore their service and professionalism.
