my mother and my uncle applied for family visit visa but u refuses to give them visa and you gave the reason that you have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, for the duration of the intended stay or for the return of the country of origin or residence, of for the transit to a third country into which you are certain to be admitted, or you are nat in a position to acquire such means lawfully . my uncle and aunt is living there since many years this both of them are not well. my uncle met with an accident before two months and doctor told him to be on bed rest for three months and my aunt is pragnent and her delivery is on 17 december 2009 and her delivery is not a normal delivery and doctors told them if she will not be fine then they will operate before the delivery date might be on 4th december. they both are not in the position to take care of both of them thats why my uncle surinder kumar bali send papers for my uncle and my mother. my father can t go because she is employed in punjab agriculture ludhiana.my uncle and aunt really need our help they already have one child and in this time they are not in the position to lookafter him. please understand my problem and try to suggest me how we apply for visa what papers are requied, how much balance is to be showed to you for family visit visa. the objection you put on the refusal letter we have all that papers and that much of balance to go there for a month and for surviving there. so give me some suggestions so that we again apply for visa.
