Mainland China

Buffet definitely good value for money but food at times tastes like it was washed in water and put in a new sauce. We have had crabs that had gone bad. They can be careless with their ala carte menu and we had peas in the food despite very strict instructions to the contrary (my sister is severely allergic to them). Inspite of everything, I would still have their buffet and their food in general isn't so bad.

Mainland China! Well where should I start?

These guys have a number of outlets, but hardly matters.. these guys know how to please the customer and make him come back a next time.

The waiters there are courteous, always smiling ( but not in a plastic way) and very helpful. They kinda look authentic in the chinese garb that they have on. The service is excellent.. infact so good, thats its better to book a table in advance.

The food. Specially the daily buffet that they put on offer is excellent and very reasonably priced considering the quality and the variety.

The decor is excellent. Soft amber lighting with considerate fellow diners.

Parking though could pose a problem if you are headed for the Gurusaday Road outlet.

My verdict: If you want authentic chinese food, coupled with a lovely time, then you should head for Mainland China.
