I have been a client with Kotak Securities for about 17 months. I am quite disappointed with their services. Even now after having asked for a closure of my account nearly two months back I am yet to get a cheque for amount held with them. Most surprising, they continue to deduct their fees for this period even after promising refund within 30 days. At this rate God save the company.
