the interiors are too pinky in sight and odour. The buffet was decent and priced at around Rs 300 per head was slightly expensive. The buffet consisted of 3 veg and 3 non veg items with the usual dal, curd rice and salads thrown in. Over all, a decent rip off. :P
This restaurant would have looked really cool 5-6 years back. The interiors have become a bit old and outdated. The food is pretty good and the menu is pretty much north indian cuisine. The non veg is good there. It is slightly expensive for the kind of ambiance with meal for 2 costing Rs 500. The service is slightly slow (something that can be overlooked if one is not in a hurry). Overall a decent experience.
It is one of the few restaurants on MG Road that still serve thalis for as low as Rs 25. The quality of food is decent and one can always go there in case of an emergency. The interiors are old but clean.
"The in hotel restaurant is one of the most badly serviced ones."
Their service sucks. The food is decent but very very over priced for the kind of ambiance and food quality. The breakfast buffet is really sad. Until you plan to stay in that hotel, I would not recommend the in hotel restaurant.
