    "Nice centre...bit crowded"
    Friendly trainers. Cool new quipments. Nice crowd. Its very crowded during the peak hours. You ahve to wait to get machine slots.

    Good trainers. Nice cool place and music. Yearly membership is around 30000. Do not go for anything like 1 month..Its around 6000Rs per month. Good parking space available

    ambience is clean and their service is really quick- the butter dosa, rava dosa was exceptional. They have thali north and south - not as great as their tiffin items.

    the mediterranian food is good there.
    Pit bread with hummus it was good they also have some middleastern and italian items.
    The pasta is a combo of regular pasta sause and pesto sauce. the rates are high and ambience is ok ok.
